VeroxPay's platform may only be used for lawful business purposes within industries approved under your Merchant Agreement. Processing transactions for prohibited activities, including unlicensed gambling, money laundering, or sanctioned entities, will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
All merchants using VeroxPay must maintain valid licences for their operating industry and jurisdiction. Merchants in regulated sectors such as iGaming, Forex, and CFD trading must hold and maintain applicable regulatory approvals throughout the term of their Merchant Agreement.
Merchants must cooperate fully with VeroxPay's chargeback management processes, including timely submission of dispute evidence. Merchants whose chargeback ratios persistently exceed thresholds defined in their Merchant Agreement may have processing volumes restricted or accounts suspended.
All VeroxPay trademarks, logos, platform designs, and technology are the exclusive intellectual property of VeroxPay Financial Technologies Ltd. Merchants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from VeroxPay's intellectual property without prior written consent.
These Terms of Condition are governed by applicable financial services law. Any disputes arising from the use of VeroxPay's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction specified in the Merchant Agreement.
